If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy last for 14 days.

If 14 days have passed since you receive your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refunds are granted:

  • Pedals with obvious signs of wear and tear, scratches and sign of temper to the cover of the electronics does not cover a refund.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
  • Final decision is at our discretion and reserve the right for refunds.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Item(s) must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging, a-shipped original factory condition and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping and insurance costs.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Orders that have been placed for purchase and payment made.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% of the total original order value.

Returns Policy is not an unlimited “try before you buy” offer and we reserve the right to reject returns from individuals that have a history of repeated returns or abuse of this policy.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sales items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, no “try before you buy” or change of mind. 

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Vandae Electronics
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping and insurance costs for returning your item. You should use a trackable shipping service as we do not guarantee that we will receive your return item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you receive a refund, the full shipping cost [i.e., for all customers your original shipping has been subsidized by USD$20], shipping cost plus subsidized cost plus insurance cost will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
