Shipping Policy

Vandae Electronics will ship your order to any major city in the world, where the order goes to a country side we will view case by case basis and advice via your email if extra cost is required. In most cases it will not be, we will try our level best to meet our “Shipping” policy. For free shipping we will either use Australia Post Economy or Sendle Courier service.
Delays to delivery times
Note the delivery times shown below are likely to be delayed by Coronavirus disruptions.
Transit protection cover
All orders are carefully inspected and packaged in anti-static bags to minimise the risk of damage in transit, but on exceptional cases things can go wrong.
We do not cover “Transit Protection” this has to be the buyer’s responsibility.
Your order do not go astray
To ensure your order reaches you fast and hassle free provide a valid delivery address where someone will be home to sign for it as couriers typically don’t leave goods unattended.
We recommend having orders sent to a business address where there is always a person to sign for deliveries during business hours. If you ask us to ship to a business address, then please give us the full business name.
If we ship to your home address and nobody is there to sign for it, you may have to pay a redelivery fee to the courier.
Should the courier delivery fail, a second time, it may get sent back to us and we will charge you a redelivery fee to send it again (even if it was shipped free the first time).
Your order transit time?
We ship most orders that are in stock within 1 – 2 business days (Monday – Friday) on receiving of your order.
Orders with Australia Post Economy or Sendle Couriers are usually delivered 14 – 25 business days to major cities, or longer for remote locations.
Orders with DHL World Express Shipping are usually delivered 4 – 14 business days to major cities, or longer for remote locations.
We are unable to guarantee exact delivery times as we are not in control of the delivery process once your order leaves our warehouse.
Please take note of the stock availability status displayed on the product page for the items you order. When more than one item is ordered, items may not arrive simultaneously.
Shipping receipt/tracking your order
We will email your order shipping receipt/tracking details with the selected courier as soon as your order is shipped.
Contacting the courier company directly is the quickest way to get up-to-date information on the delivery status of your order.
To avoid redelivery fees, you should contact the courier directly if you notice any failed delivery attempts when you are checking the tracking details.
If you missed a courier delivery it may be held at a local post office or courier’s agent, such as a general store or newsagent, where you can collect it. You will need to provide your tracking number and photo ID to collect your order.
