Warranty Policy
FOR VANDAE ELECTRONICS
Subject to the following terms. Vandae Electronics (VE) will repair or replace this product if it fails to operate due to defects in material of any part of any eligible VE product that is defective within the warranty period.
Which is 1 year for personal applications or 6 months for commercial applications or refund you the cost of the replacement. The benefits to a consumer given by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies of the consumer under a law in relation to the goods or services to which the warranty relates.
Eligibility
To claim the benefit of this warranty you must:
- Be the original purchaser of a genuine VE product from a VE Authorised Re-Seller within Australia (this warranty is not transferable).
- The security screws has not been removed and tampered with.
- Produce proof of your purchase.
- Provide the details of the product and include a short note describing the problem as specifically as possible.
- In the event it becomes necessary to return your unit for repair, please post it securely packed, postage prepaid and insured.
- This warranty is limited to defects that arise:
- In the course of normal domestic use.
- Within the warranty period, commencing on the date of original purchase.
- This warranty excludes:
- Defects arising from misuse, accident, neglect or improper care, fluctuation in electrical current, incorrect or failed to use power or polarity, damage or malfunction from incorrect assembly or installation, defects from alteration or modification, unauthorised service or repair.
- Appearance items such as cabinetry marks, scratches and sign of temper to the cover of the electronics or damage.
- Claim made later than 14 days after the defect first appears.
- VE may elect between repair, replacement or refund to honour this warranty, at its sole discretion.
- In making a claim under this warranty, you agree that if, following receipt of your claim under this warranty, VE determine that your claim in respect of a product is invalid or you have provided false, inaccurate or misleading information with your claim, VE may charge you for any labour, parts or transport costs incurred.
